Oh no of course not, it is quite a simple thing and I've had someone do it for 
me within minutes.  I only want to be able to click on it form the task bar to 
open it.

  You can't, you need to use a separate program called Hide OE.  Do a search in 
google for it, but download it from the R2 studios website as there are a few 
utilities around and not all of them are free or accessible.
