Barbara,
I believe you are correct. The labels you get with the Penfriend are not
pack A or pack b. So, if you order pack a as well then you have spare
labels. Pack B has been withdrawn from sale, or it shortly will be, but it
should return at some point.
that is how I understand the situation.
