Barbara, why two labels? All that's on the label
is the code. You could record as much data as you wanted on the one label.

  Subject: [access-uk] Penfriend Ideas

Adding to the thread last night on ideas for the Penfriend, someone said you
could have say one put on a letter either just saying what the letter is, or
you could have someone read the letter on a label for you. Following on John's
comments about the need for different sized labels and how people might put two
labels on one object. I was thinking.

One of the small round ones on the corner of a letter for quick reference,
just saying something like "Hospital appointment", "Bank statement", "Phone
bill", "Household insurance", and so on. So you can quickly find the letter you
want. Then put one of the larger labels on the back of the letter with the
entire letter on it if you want to be able to read it quickly.
