[access-uk] Paypal Reg?

hi guys,
I'm wondering if some kind person, would please go through the registration process for Papal.
Is it possible for a visually impaired person to sign up for Papal, or would a sighted person have to be on the stand-by?.
It would be very helpful if a blind person, who has completed the registration process could comment, Billy
