Hi Andy,
Pity you deleted the original message. Was it 10 days, or
10 WORKING days?
George.

Subject: [access-uk] Panic re new computer
Hi all.
Perhaps I'm just beginning to panic now, but I purchased a
new computer on=20
11th February from PC Next Day, who advised that delivery
would take ten=20
days, and that I would get an e-mail message around the 8th
day, telling me=20
that it was on it's way. Well, it's now the 24th, so that's
13 days and I=20
still have not received an e-mail. Unfortunately, because
I've been=20
expecting a new computer, I've been tidying up my old
computer and=20
accidentally deleted the e-mail message sent to me when
ordering.
My wife checked out the site tonight and regained my
password and sales=20
number and all that stuff, but the notice stated that the
order was=20
"Complete"
Can this mean that my new computer has been delivered to the
wrong address?
Pauline wrote to PC Next Day this evening and got their
automatic reply, so=20
it will not be until next week, before I hear anything more.
Am I just panicking? or is 13 days a bit late, given that
I've still not=20
received my e-mail.
I'm asking the list because I have seen recently a couple of
other list=20
mbers who have used PC Next Day.
Any info would help me sleep tonight.
Best wishes.
Andy
