Hi, I agree, just thought that might resolve things for you and give you a 
better way of doing it on an ongoing basis as it refreshes frequently. I'm 
sure they would change the website should this prove to be a problem and we 
raise a few tickets.

Hi, You should be able to find out what speeds you are getting from the http
interface of your modem, plus lots of other info. If you have one of the
Voyagers, it's certainly there in the advanced options somewhere.
