[access-uk] PENFRIEND - UPLOADING TO COMPUTER

Hi all,
I remember seeing instruction on how to do this when first I purchased my Penfriend but don't remember now where I saw the instructions, or where I've put my Braille ones. Can anyone refresh my memory about doing this and also tell me what cable I'm looking for to plug into the Penfriend?
