Thanks for that explaination.

I owned a Viola but found it difficult to grip and scan. The pen friends is worth looking into.

The main differences are that the Voila has an upper limit of 250
labels, whereas there are thousands of unique labels for the PenFriend;
the Voila needs a technique for scanning labels that some people find
difficult to acquire, but you need just to touch the label with the
point of the Penfriend; you can back up your voice tags with the
PenFriend if you wish; and the PenFriend is around a third of the price
of the Voila.
