Hi Dean, both Ibrahim and I have checked this with RNIB, and, though it is correct that they don't charge VAT to blind customers for products specificly designed for use by the blind it is only by virtue of their being known to inland revenue as an organisation selling to blind customers. Independent access companies, two examples from my personal experience being sight and sound technology and Humanware require a vat exemption form to be completed. In one case, that of sight and sound the product was jaws, which qualifies unarguably as a product made exclusively for the blind, but they nevertheless required a form to be completed.

Not madleen but can answer your question. You get 380 labels in a pack, they cost £9.99 each and there are two packs available at the moment with the potential to have more. The only thing you should be aware of is that you can't have more than one of each pack, this is because the labels are identically coded in each pack however I don't think RNIB will stand still on this, they'll pump out as many packs as demand expects, confident that they can make money on this.
