Hello Mike, well I can only answer part of your query re adding contacts.
If you're in your inbox and you want to get to contacts, press Alt and G
which will take you to the Go menu, then hit A for Contacts. You will now
be in contacts and can add a new one by pressing Alt and F to take you to
the File menu then select New by pressing W which will take you to a
subfolder and the first choice is Contact. Then just fill in the bits you
want to add such as name, email, phone address etc then choose Save from the
File menu.

Hope this helps, I am also running Outlook 2003.

Subject: [access-uk] Outlook Question

Hello,

Can anyone help as to how:

1. How or can I have my contacts showing on the same screen as the in box
and folders.

2. How do I add contacts?

It is Outlook 2003 I am using.

Another problem.... I tried to export my contacts, but the format is
different, the Outlook does not accept the export from Outlook Express.

Thanks,

Mike

Can someone tell me how to save my Outlook e-mail accounts (I will save them
on to a flash drive) and I then want to import them in to Outlook on a
different computer. I am using Outlook 2003. I would also like to know how
I can set Outlook so that it goes directly to my Inbox and so that I have
all my folders on the left side of the screen and my Inbox on the remainder.
I do not wish to have a Preview Payne either. Thank you for all help.

Eleanor
