[access-uk] Re: Outlook Express folders - Help?

I think Shashi meant his actual desktop (PC), but anyway.

If you go to the Maintenance page of the OE Options dialog box and select the "Store Folder" button you can find out the exact location of where your OE folders are stored. Now it's a matter of copying the folders you wish to transfer to your laptop's OE Store Folder. The extension of the OE folders is (.DBX). Hope that makes sense, however, there are some utilities to do the transfer for you along with your email settings, message rules etc. but I don't have any names I'm afraid; a quick internet search should return some results but let us know if you're stuck.

Cheers,

Amro

Hi Shashi,

If the folders are actually on your desktop, try:-

c:\Documents and Settings\[your UserName]\desktop
