[access-uk] Outlook Express folders - Help?

Hi Folks,
     I wish to transfer my outlook express folders from my Desktop to
the laptop. How do I do it please and as a matter of interest where do
I find them on my Desktop and with what extension please? Thanks a lot
in advance.
