Try hitting R in the start menu and typing Outlook in the run command.

Hey Folks, where's my Outlook?
I've just been to look for Outlook, fancied giving it ago for a change from
OE, but I can't find it anywhere! Got to admit to feeling slightly foolish,
I mean how can you lose Outlook, its there all the time, isn't it?
I'm using XP.
