[access-uk] Re: Opening .odt and odf files

Hi Eleanor,

Isn't Open Office an application based on Java? I had an idea it is not
accessible.

All the best

Steve

Hi Peter

Download Open Office which is free at open office org and then once you have
installed, open your *.odt file and save it as *.doc file. Hope this helps.

Hello

Have just been sent a .odt file. Can anybody suggest a simple and accessible
free program that will open this type of file please.
