George: Was wondering if a mechanical adaption may be available rather than spending out for another complete power supply etc - I gather I have some Scottish ancestry! We have a Maplin about 600M from home - it looks as if I need to apply my spurs to dog! I already have an adaptor which has a 4-pin power connector, and a ribbon connector for the data. However, typically, the drive which I need to access has two connectors - the power and data are quite small. The drive is: Seagate barracuda 7200.9 80 G drive. Do I need to source another converter, or are their any mechanical adaptors about. TIA David No virus found in this outgoing message.Checked by AVG Free Edition.
