I've just looked in Google for Kurzweill EBay is mentioned as always:
is it a particular model we would have to look for?

I suggest you use Kurzweill as it's got a lot more features than omni 
page, plus it's a speaking software meaning that no screen reader needs 
to be running to fully use Kurzweill. Another advantage is that it comes

with a lot of reference tools, including dictionary/thesaurus, on-line 
encyclopaedias, and other tools. I hope this helps making your decision.
