[access-uk] Olympus 50 DS

Can anyone help with a problem please.  My Ds50 isn't recognised when plugged 
into either of my two PCs.  Nor my wife's laptop.  It doesn't give the usual 
ding, dong and doesn't show up as a drive in my computer.  Could it be 
something 
to do with the USB connections.  I am not using a hub.
