Hi Eleanor.

Your nearly there *smile*, the qualifying Microsoft Office product has to be purchased and activated between the 5th of March and 30th of #September, with the upgrade download being downloaded no later than the 31st of October. I've already downloaded my upgrade and the process is very streight forward excepting the flaming capcha.

All the best, Ibrahim.

I think it is dependent on when you first purchased office 2007 and that the upgrade applies from a date from 7 march however someone will put me right if this statement is incorrect. i recall Ibrahim having the words of wisdom. ----- Original Message ----- From: "john gallagher" <john@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Please send me the spreadsheet off list and I will try and sort this out
for you. I am downloading Office 2010 onto my netbook. Many thanks.
