[access-uk] Obtaining customer support for Talks from Nuance

Can anyone tell me how to register so I can pose a question to the technical
support people at Nuance?  I sent an email to support at nuance.com earlier
and was told I needed to create a new 'incident for my Talks issue' and had
to register before I could do that.  I clicked to the link to the Scansoft
sdk site but there's no link to register just log-in forms for people
registered already.

 

I'm looking around the site but keep ending up at the log-in page for the
developer community.  There must be an easier way of contacting customer
support?...cheers
