Hi, I thought Ikea were quite good with the disabled in general,
particularly the blind. At my local Ikea in Nottinghamshire (I actually live
in Derbyshire), their restaurant has Braille menus, and, supposedly, they'll
keep an eye on you, but on one occasion they didn't and my ex-guardian
requested a complaints form. Anyway just some comments.

We actually got the Ikea catalogue and asked them if we could order over the
phone as we couldn't get there and as I was blind they let us which was
really good of them.
