None of those I'm afraid. A Minute would be an abbreviated written
version of what was said. The document I'm typing up is an exact
statement of what was said and by whom. Perhaps I'm imagining it but I'm
sure there is another term. Just cannot get it.

case it would be the minutes of the meeting.
Otherwise, its a record, or summary or maybe a report of the meeting.
