[access-uk] OE/ IE problem

Hi all,
hopefully someone can help with this 1.
I'm using Win XP with WE 4.5.
for the past couple of weeks, I am unable to click or enter on a web address/
link that I am sent by e-mail.. I now need to copy and paste the address to an
already opened IE page.
Anyone have any suggestions on this frustrating 1 please?
