Hi Derek Sorry. Remind me, are you on contract or top-up? If you are on the latter, you should always receive a balance text message when you have sent a message or made a call, and you should also be able to send a text to obtain your balance. If, however, you are on contract, you don't get that message every time you make a call or send a message. And as I've only recently joined the network, I don't know the various numbers you can use to ascertain this kind of info. I do know, however, that Carol's suggestion of 1560 and 1570 to turn off and on Voicemail worked, or whatever it was she wrote recently (smile). I got a message saying to text BALANCE to 20202,. I tried to text 20202 for a balance, but the message I got was that "You either don't have a Bolt On or you have a Bolt On that we cannot provide a balance for such as O2 Friends." It seems to me I am on an o2 service that doesn't Support the credit balance checking, via 20202 number.
