When I'm filling in a form or writing a text message there doesn't seem to be an option to enter numbers directly. This option is usually under the hash key and there are multiple of other options such as predictive text or standard lower case or all capitals. Normally the number entry option would be found here but there doesn't appear to be such an option on my phone. Is this a firmware bug or has the number entry option been assigned to another key command.
