For Alternate Say All Command, please refer to JAWS Help Files, 
Introduction, What's New in JAWS 8. In What's New in JAWS 7 you will find 
all about running JAWS from a thumb drive.

It's just that the explanation that you will get from the JAWS help files is 
more comprehensive and a lot clearer than me, with my little knowledge, 
trying to explain in an email message. Though please write back to me if 
you're stuck pal.
