Hi Steve how do I achieve this when the keypad doubles up as a number pad from 
the top row of keys. I didn't think you could hard reset a phone that has 
totaly died of death.

I wouldn't use Phoenix, especially if you don't have sighted assistance, it is 
tricky and not very accessible.

 

Try a hard reset, that is hold down the call ke, the star key and the 3 key and 
switch on power while they are held down.

Hi. I tried to update my Nokia N97 Mini and it crashed and now isn't working 
anymore. I can't believe this has happened to me again. How do I find this
