Hi Billy,

Best to contact the Eset team cause your current licence may well be valid for
version 4.

I think the installation notes recommend uninstalling version 3 first, but I
can tell you that it won't be a disaster if you just install over the top.

You could verify all this while you on the phone to the Eset teem. For your
convenient I copied below their contacts details-

Technical Support

For post-sales technical questions about ESET NOD32 Antivirus, assistance
removing viruses, to submit a sample virus. By phone 44 (0845) 838 0832

For product and solution questions, to find a reseller, to get a quote.
By phone ( 44) 0800 138 0802.

And here's their web address if you don't have it-

BTW, in my earlier reply I meant to say that switching the graphical interface
off will enhance Nod32's version 3 accessibility.

Good luck,

Hi Amro, not sure about the free upgrade, but can the new version be
  installed over an older version,
  Billy

  Hi Billy,

I may be wrong, but can't you upgrade to version 4 for free?

  It's been a while since I've used Nod32 v3 so memory is a bit rusty, but I
recall that during custom installation you have an option to switch the
program's graphical interface which greatly enhances Nod's accessibility.

  HTH,
  Amro

Hi guys, I'm running NOD32_Antivirus_3.0.642 at the moment, but I
  cannot
believe how unaccessible the software really is.
told by friends the program worked pretty well with screen readers.

Is it something I haven't done during setup or is this particular
  version
  not accessible?, to speech programs?.

I'm wondering if there is anything I can do with Nod32 to make it
  more
  speech friendly?,

  Billy
