Graham,

It tells me that it has updated successfully and gives me the new number.

Surely if the firewall was the cause it wouldn't let me update manually?

Best wishes,

Joan.

I wonder if your firewall could be blocking the updater program? secondly,
you need to have inputted your license key properly for the autoupdater to
work. I am not sure if clicking update will work anyway if you don't have a
license.

cheers

Joan, I am afraid that I cannot explain this, but have always had the same
experience, and I am on a dial up connection! In fact I routinely use the
Update Now button at least once a day, and usually get an update.

If anyone has an explanation, I too would be very interested.

Hi, Folks,

I've recently moved to a wireless modem and, since then, I find that NOD32
is not automatically updating, even though Automatic Updates is checked.

I can update by using the Update Now button and there is no problem.

Anyone have any ideas why the automatic update isn't working?
