Hi Jackie,
Am I missing something, for what reason would you want to type on the I pod
touch if it is not a phone?
Thanks
Colin

Hi Chris

I do love the iPod Touch. It suits my needs perfectly. I can listen to
Internet stations, download apps from the App Store if I choose, and have a
Bluetooth keyboard to type on it when required. There is nothing about the
iPhone I would miss though, the iPod Touch is ideal, but that's just my
perspective. And the storage on it means I can put lots of music on there.
VoiceOver is also great, I do like the way Apple is going with its
accessibility.

Good luck if you go down that route, or any for that matter.

Kind Regards,

Hi all.
I do not plan to get an iPhone but an iPod Touch instead. I also plan to get
a bluetooth keyboard. This is all thanks to recommendations, podcasts and
even events held on the TAFN (www.tafn.org.uk) that is leading me towards
this. The event that took place was using an iPhone but when she was texting
she demonstrated both with the iPhone itself and the bluetooth keyboard. I
find the latter to be more productive than the former. You can find the
event on the members area of the website for those who are interested. Take
care.
