Microsoft Office it not accessible to VoiceOver presently.  The Pages software 
from Apple which comes as part of the iWork suite is accessible, and if all you 
need is the word processing it is about £11 out of the Mac app store.

Hi Jackie - this is useful feedback, thanks. So, if as you say, Office 
doesn't cut it on the Mac, what are the word processing/spreadsheet options 
for a blind user of the Mac?
