Hi Barry,

It is a 16 digit serial number, consisting of numbers and letters, with
hyphens between each group of four, although you don't enter the hyphens
when you enter it.

All the best

Hi Steve

Thanks for this. Would the serial number be the one in talks settings/about
and be a five digit number with periods between? Would the new download
prompt me for in-putting this number?

Thanks again

Barry

Hi Barry,

No, the registration is stored in your phone. If it is a new installation,
you will have to re-enter your serial number.
