Hmmmmm, I could be wrong! but I thought Sandra said they would be in touch with in the next 2 weeks but this has not happened so if a company is going to do something like this and then ask folks to participate in it and say it will be ready with in a time scale then they should do it or not bother. -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Derek Hornby Sent: 31 August 2005 13:23 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: New Tesco's access site Hi Sandra >Barry, I wouldn't set too much store by the so-called new access site. Lets be fair now, Tescos did say: "We're getting ready to launch a new and improved Access site later this year" So they did not give a date! They also said: "We're going to be running some trials soon to make sure the new site is really easy to use and we'd like to invite you to get involved." They didn't give date when the trial would start! Rather than take pot shots at a company that actually wants to improve service, why not be a little more positive and patient. Would you rather they say "ready now" only for users to find lots of problems? Far better to give them a chance to get it right.
