[access-uk] New BBC IPlayer - can you work out how to use it?

A mfew messages about the new BBC Player have appeared on the UK Radio list,
and the default does seem to be the dreaded Flash Player albeit in the Beeb's
own version.
Here's the message posted recently and I do believe the Real Streams will still
be available, though I'm far from clear on what's going on.
The Iplayer has now launched in beta format, live streaming bit rate
not increased yet.
The current radio player is still the default option.
