[access-uk] Re: New BBC IPlayer accessability

In the case of Flash, the level of accessibility already out there is
not even being used o its limit. The problem you have at the moment is
that whilst much Flash is abound on the web very little of it has been
coded accessibly. There are relatively few cases in which a screen
reader can compensate for poor code or lack of accessibility coding.
Screen readers can realistically improve the quality of what is out
there when infrastructure is available.

The BBC have been making gradual improvements to the online iPlayer
service and the download system as well, whilst improvement is needed it
is far from completely borken now.
