Hi Alasdair.
Nice work mate! I downloaded your program this evening and am currently
listening to Ian Anderson on Radio Scotland, and yes, the quality does seem
better. My only problem Alasdair is that I'm currently writing this letter
whilst listening to the radio. I cannot turn the volume of the radio down
to 30% as I normally do, so it's difficult to write whilst listening to
music.
I'm informed that the next version of JAWS will allow us once again to
listen to audio via one sound card and have JAWS on another, and I for one
will be setting this up as soon as it's possible, so perhaps this problem
will only be temporary. However, many list members don't have a second
sound card so the volume issue may well have to be sorted.
Love the program Alasdair and thanks for all your support. I can assure you
it's very much appreciated by all of us here at Access UK.
Very best wishes.
Andy.

I believe that the audio streams are a higher quality, but that's
nothing to do with me - the BBC have upgraded their Real audio
streams.
I've just had a great conversation with a user who called me up, and
based on that I've added some shortcut keys for getting around the
program. Control and F skips forward 30 seconds, Control and B skips
back 30 seconds, and Control and J jumps 5 minutes forward. So updated
again I'm afraid, but not critical: now 3.2.0:

Alasdair,

It may be imagination, but I have felt that the sound quality may be
somewhat better than with
the old Listen Again - and it is certainly more responsive.
Just hope that the bBC do not make even more changes to "break" your
code!

There's a delay in loading the Listen Again radio programmes, and any
live
radio playing will keep playing while the programmes are loading - that
might be the source of the confusion?
I will probably split out the two functions again for release if it
causes confusion.
