You'll be faced with this problem again no doubt, so best
get yourself an external USB cd-dvd drive. You may want to
consider a writable drive, as much for backing up your data
as anything else.

Hello. I would like to install my scanners software on to my
netbook. I don't know how I'm going to do this as the
machine does not have a CD drive. I have a Cannon scanner.
