[access-uk] Nebula USB tuner

Hi,
I received my Nebula USB tuner this morning and so far I'm pleased 
with it.  I can get the teletext page numbers up on screen but 
haven't managed to successfully use teletext yet, but if I can I get 
the feeling it'll be through a bit of messing with the Jaws cursor.

I know I will use the computer most of the time for controlling the 
tuner and have found a way to do most things but is there a way of 
turning the tuner off?  When I press the power button on the remote 
it goes into sleep mode but can I do that from the computer?  I am 
surprised how accessible the software actually is!
