The keystroke is control insert and left and right cursors to move through
the various speech settings.

I'm not familiar with the use of NVDA. I have just taken
possession of a computer running NVDA but it comes up
running at top speed and is therefore incomprehensible. Can
anyone tell me if there is a hot key to slow it down so that
I can then start to make sense of Windows 7 and make changes
to NVDA itself?
