Hi Andrew,
yup, it's all true and yes, it's really free too!  I've just received my
upgrade from 150K to 300K.  when exactly it happened I don't know but, pages
are a bit faster than I'm used to and now I'm downloading at between 37 to
39Kb per second!  it's great!  I love this speed.

I did think I'd have to wait until September for this though.
