No problem!
One reason that you have not been offered the update is that it is setup to 
update the virus definitions automatically but not the program.

This can be configured under the update and choosing setup.

When in the setup option there should be a change button.  You can set it up 
to obtain program updates here.

Many thanks, Malcolm.  I must be getting more senile than I thought.  I had
forgotten that it was in System tools and was looking in Update.
It seems that my version is 2.50.25

which must mean that I need to Update.  Strange though that it had not
been offered in the normal update dialogue. Presumably I simply install the
new version over the existing one.
