Hi Lyn.

Sure, basically I wanted to know how you used Norton ghost to create a 
restorable solution.  You said that you were able without sighted assistance to 
get your system in to a usable state using ghost, so I was just wondering 
whether you used an external hard drive, dvd or similar to achieve this.  I 
also asked that if you were using an external hard disk, would you need to 
dedicate that disk to the ghost program or could you store other things on it 
as well.  I have an external 320GB hard drive for my laptop and I was thinking 
I could store some sort of recovery image on it along side my other data.
