Well, I'd guess that the RNIB put their handling charge on top.  Still, 
that's an awful lot of handling charge.  To be honest, I'm a bit cynical 
about the £600.  My business partner would say something like that, but he's 
the salesman of the company.

Interestingly Barry the RNIB told me this guy paid £600.00 and that is why 
he wanted £200.00.  \now tell me how does someone spend £600.00 on N70 and
