Hi Barry,

I don't have any accounts set up in IE, but I do know that
the "leave mail or server" will be found within the settings
for your specific e-mail account, NOT in the more general
ones for the whole program.

George.

Hi George and Anthony

I've no idea if I have checked the box or not. How would I
find out if I have and where would I do so? I've looked in
IE options and OE options but I can't find it.

Regards

Barry

Hi Barry,

Sounds like you have not check the box about leaving mail on
the server.

George.

Subject: [access-uk] My mail box is full

Hi all

I received the following message in my OE in box this
morning, even though I don't think my mailbox is full. I've
compacted, cleaned old messages, emptied the deleted and
sent folders and even ran a disc clean. Any suggestions as
to what to do?

Your mailbox is full! It is currently over its allowed
capacity.
As of now, incoming messages can no longer be received, and
they are being returned to the sender indicating your
mailbox is full.

Note: mail kept in folders such as 'Trash', 'Deleted Items',
etc.
count towards your quota.
