Hi Eleanor

I don't think it works because the pin configuration is different, but I 
haven't seen one to find out.  Nevertheless, they have  dispensed with serial 
now, and an USB to parallel is a no-go with JAWS 11.

Indeed Jackie agree wholeheartedly with what you say but what about this 
adaptor thing I am talking about, would it not do the job where you plug in the 
seriel part and then the USB to the PC.  It is not a cable now mind.  I recall 
discussing something like this this morning perhaps on another list, not sure 
and Ibrahim also mentioning the same adaptor.  Will have to look out e-mails.  
I had my powerbraille with WordPerfect 5.1 and Keynote Gold.
