Steve, George & Barry,

I have a little experience of running a list and appreciate the
frustrations and effort involved, so thank you for all your efforts!

Tink.

> Hi All, I would just like to take this opportunity to mention a few
things. Firstly, thank you for putting up with the inconveniences over the
last week or two. I myself have had no end of problems trying to even log
onto the website for admin of the group. For this reason. George Bell
kindly offered to help out as he already has some experience with freelists
in running the duxbury list. George has therefore been working closely with
both myself and Barry and George has been given, by myself, full rights as a
moderator and for group administration. In the transition of Access-UK from
Yahoogroups to Freelists, his experience has proven invaluable.
> At this initial stage of transition, I am sure that with the presence of
some glitches, tensions are raised. For this reason, I am sure that
everyone can exercise some additional patience and treat others with the
respect that they deserve.

these with the onset of the new list. Without mentioning any specifics,
please do be careful of the style of language used on the list. I know of
several children who also read some of this mail and, please respect the
wishes of the moderators.
