[access-uk] Moderators note: Using the CC/BCC field

Hi,

I would ask that all members please avoid using either the CC or BCC fiels when 
posting to this list.  It's not considered good netiquette.  It breaks filters 
and also reveals addresses which in some cases should stay private, and not 
posted to a public list.
