Not the case. If you want the 15GB package for £15, you have to sign a 24 month contract. The 30 day tarrifs are much more expensive and are akin to the pay as you go options.

three are supposed to be good you get like 15 gig allowance for 15 quid a month
depends how long you moving for really but the three one i think is a 30 day contract so drop out when you want
