I don't use it, but have read in blindness related mailing lists that it's not

I'd like to get to grips with .Net programming and have downloaded the trial
version of Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. I was wondering if anyone had
experience of this suite using a screen reader and if you had any comments on
accessibility, alternatives, etc.
