Hi AndyAs a suggestion, could you ask Maplin Electronics if they would tell you the voltage of your supply for the Maxter if you are stuck?Jackie Email: cairnsplace@xxxxxxx Skype Name: Cairnsplace----- Original Message ----- From: "Andy" <andy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, May 12, 2008 6:55 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: Maxter 1 touch 750 problemsHi DarrenYour right mate one button and it's on the front. I have been using the drive the other way round so I could easily plug in the power socket.I don't know what the button is for and have never used it.What I think I've done is lost the correct adapter for it. The one that is connected may well be less powerful than the correct one. cannot find another adaptor laying about though. Are you able to read, or perhaps get a friend to read anything that may be written on your adaptor. This will help me identify the correct one for my drive.I've got loads of them around the house, plugged in to various items, so it's possible that I've got mixed up.Best wishes. However I cannot find any on mine. The only button I know of is the one located on the front at the bottom. If the drive is failing to start when you switch the power on, and all cables are securely in place. Then I would suspect it has become faulty.Sorry I can't be more helpful Darren.----- Original Message ----- From: "Andy" <andy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, May 10, 2008 8:41 PM Subject: [access-uk] Maxter 1 touch 750 problemsHi all.
