Hi Amro,

There's a utility at
http://www.addintools.com/english/menuword/

You can download a free trial but you will eventually need to buy it if you
want to continue.

You should also be aware that it doesn't quite put Office 2007 back to
Office 2003.  It puts a tab on the Office 2007 ribbon which holds a set of
menus similar to those in 2003.  However, you have to press enter on the
name of the menu to open it, you can't use right arrow to open a submenu.
Still, it may be worth a try.

Apologies if this wasn't the solution referred to in previous emails and
there is actually something else.
